How to buy from the online store

When browsing our catalog you can select the products you want to purchase. For most of them you must select the size. You can guide yourself through our size charts. You can buy one or more products at the same time, but only one shipping address per order is enabled in our online store.

All the products you select are saved in the shopping cart. We recommend creating a free account where your information will be stored safely. You can edit the shopping cart by clicking on “My cart”.

Before going to the checkout you can estimate the shipping costs in the corresponding section in “My cart” by entering the country of destination. Attention: not all countries are currently enabled. In some cases, shipping costs may be free, depending on the country of destination and the amount of the purchase.

To proceed with the payment in the shopping cart section you can click on the button “Proceed to checkout”. Enter and verify the information. If the purchase has been successful you will receive a confirmation email.

Payment security

It is possible to make payments by electronic means (debit / credit cards). Our online payment provider is in charge of managing and verifying the payment. We do not store any sensitive data corresponding to your cards in our online store and our payment provider has a secure payment gateway and many years of experience to guarantee the protection of your data.

Available payment methods

Depending on your country, different payment options may be available. Payments are managed through our financial partner and the means of payment available are the following:

Apple Pay

Shipments are handled by our logistics partners. Depending on the destination, we select a carrier for your package to be delivered to the address related to your order.

Place of departure. Orders are shipped from different locations within the European Union.

Information on international shipments. Please note that if the destination is a country outside the European Union, customs administrations may charge you additional fees / duties and taxes before the package is delivered.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Depending on the country of destination, shipping costs and delivery times vary. In the following table you can see a summary. For more detailed cost information, you can estimate the shipping costs in the shopping cart once all the products you want to buy have been entered. For this, select the destination country in the corresponding box and the associated cost will be calculated.

Our products have a 30-day guarantee for manufacturing defects counted from the day of receipt of your package. If you wish to make a guarantee effective, you can contact us by phone, WhatsApp or send us an email to aranzazu@aranzazuclothing.com with the subject “Guarantee” and mentioning your order number and the related product (s). If you created an account, you can also manage it in the order details.

In the case of guarantees, we will bear the return shipping costs and we can respond in one of the following ways:

Repairing the product
Replacing the product
Returning the money
Please note that products with indications of:
Misuse, mistreatment or not having followed the care instructions
Alteration of the product by unauthorized third parties
Normal product wear

If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you can do one of the following procedures:


You can request a change of size because the product you received is very small or very large within 8 days of receiving the order. We recommend that before making the purchase you verify the measurements and the information in the product description as well as the size guide. To start the procedure, you can send us an email to aranzazu@aranzazuclothing.com with the subject “Change” indicating your data and order number. If you created an account, you can also manage it in the order details.


You can request the return of the product within 14 days after receipt of the order. To start the procedure, you can send us an email to aranzazu@aranzazuclothing.com with the subject “Return” or indicating your data and order number. If you created an account, you can also manage it in the order details.

Subscription to the newsletter

To receive news from us, notifications of new products and other information of interest you can subscribe free of charge to our newsletter. You can cancel the subscription at any time by clicking on “Cancel subscription” found at the end of our communications and following the respective procedure.
